Our 1-night stay in the Deluxe King Room was fantastic! The luxurious bed and beautiful linens made for a great night's sleep. We loved the fantastic shower and the thoughtful welcome basket. The location was also great. we were able to walk to Inverness Castle and other attractions without any hassle. It was a perfect base for exploring the area.

missingWrote a review on Nov 12narrow hallway
However, the hallway was pretty narrow, making it feel cramped, and noise from neighboring guests carried quite easily. My room was bordered by others, and the sounds of late-night arrivals were disruptive, especially for someone with light sleeping habits. Additionally, the outdoor space felt limited and was more suitable for a smoker than anything else.

Spent 2 nights in a lovely Double Room with Private Bathroom at Koko Rooms. The assigned parking slot was super convenient. I loved the cozy area outside our room, perfect for enjoying some drinks. The owner was incredibly helpful, even providing an extra shot of whisky to try after I mixed up my order. The decor in the room felt very much planned out, and it was impressively clean—definitely the cleanest room I encountered during my travels in the UK. However, the heating was a bit stifling at night since it couldn’t be adjusted, making it uncomfortable for proper sleep.

clean bathroom, assigned parking slot, comfortable private deck
The heating system felt overly stifling, not adjustable for personal comfort!!! A suggestion for an EV charger could cater to guests needing it!!! Slightly tight space with larger luggage could be addressed!!!

Do recommend for a quick stop
Incredibly comfortable bed, wonderful shower, the small private deck was the perfect touch, and the location was good, about a 15 minute walk to anywhere we needed to be.
Everything was delightful.

Our stay at The Koko Rooms was fantastic! The room was beautifully furnished, with a comfy bed, a coffee station with cookies, and a spotlessly clean bathroom featuring a large rain shower. The location was perfect for a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore.
The hallway was a bit narrow, and noise from other guests was noticeable.
